Staff can log new queries, attach relevant documents, and assign them to appropriate team members, while the system automatically timestamps and categorizes each entry for easy retrieval.
Key features include role‑based access control, advanced filtering and full‑text search, automated email notifications, and real‑time dashboards that visualize query volume and response times. Built with a modern React front‑end and a robust Node/Express API backed by PostgreSQL, the app ensures data integrity and scalability, making it a valuable tool for improving constituent service efficiency.
